Matt Hanson, co-founder and Executive General Manager of Hello Claims, recently reflected on his career of over 30 years within the insurance industry.
Matt started working in underwriting and claims, then moved into loss adjusting. His experience in the industry continued to grow and he started his own assessing business in 1997. Having built a successful business in Queensland, Matt specialised in major loss and liability claims.
During his career, Matt completed a university degree in Business. He is also an Associate of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA) Charted Loss Adjuster as well as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
How do technology and innovation enhance and benefit the motor assess and repair space?
Almost 10 years ago, Matt co-founded Hello Claims to bring a shift in the market and to support the growing demand for a more efficient, technology-based client-driven service.
